Hear Treble Rebels Go, Go, Go!

Treble Rebels is a junior choir that sings a wide range of music, drawing on at least five centuries of church music, as well as modern and popular music from today's composers. The choir meets every Wednesday evening in term time, from 6.30pm to 7.45pm, and is open to anyone aged 7 to 16 who wants to sing. Singing is fun and Treble Rebles set out to prove that every week - and at the services and events where they are invited to sing.

The choir sings regularly at St. Michael and All Angels, it sings at weddings, private events and fund-raisers, and attends Royal School of Church Music events - even occasionally singing in Cathedrals or Abbeys. In addition, the choir organises regular trips for its choristers to places such as Paultons Park and Romsey Rapids. (See pictures of our latest trips here!)

The choir was established in 2006 and is now in its second great year with ambitious plans for the future. The choir is free to join, but note that places are limited.

If you are interested in joining, give Colin Davey a ring to get details or just come along to a Wednesday practice. You may be able to join in straightway or, if you prefer, watch the practice before deciding it's for you. You'll be most welcome.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the practice starts so you can meet Colin and other members of the choir beforehand.
